maximum output torque up to Mn = 800Nm; reduction up to i = 512:1 - PLS 70 - PLS 90 - PLS 115 - PLS 142 - PLS 190
maximum output torque up to Mn = 1,800Nm, reduction up to i = 100:1
These gears stand for compact dimensions and high efficiency. If low noise is required the toothed wheels can be made out of a special synthetic material in order to optimize the turning noise. In order to reduce the assembly space certain types can be provided as bevelled gears.
Spur gears:
- lower range of capacity series SAG
maximum output torque up to Mn = 10Ncm; reduction up to i = 983,447:1 - middle range of capacity Series KEMA and RD
maximum output torque up to Mn = 2,000Ncm; reduction up to i = 800:1
To be noted is the extremely low backlash of the SAG 22/5 series. By pre-loading the double executed spur-wheel a backlash of 0° can be achieved. The series KEMA and RD are specifically designed for use with servo motors.
