P.W.M. 4-Q amplifier for DC-motors

MTRF 25...61/5-15

The MTRF 25...61/5-15 is a p.w.m. transistor amplifier executed in 19" technology. As 4-Quadrant amplifier it is able to drive and brake permanent excited DC-motors in both directions. A maximum current of 3 times of the nominal current value is put at disposal of the motor during a period of 3 seconds.
